In the tradition of celebrating food cultural diversity, the theme for the annual BCAGlobal Cultural Awareness Salute and Black Tie Gala will be “Crossing Cultures-Jamaica and South Africa.” The event on Friday, November 21, 2014, at the Crown Plaza Times Square, will focus on a creating a deeper understanding of global diversity in the food service, culinary and hospitality industries.
